Our Board of Directors, Company Members, Executive Team and staff are united by a shared passion for Shaping Great Australians.
Across our Facilitators, Catering, Facilities and Administration teams, we invest in our people through regular in-house training, on-the-job development, and external professional learning opportunities.
We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for every participant. Our team operates within a strong Child Safe Framework, with systems in place to verify and monitor compliance, and we are always happy to provide confirmation to schools and groups where needed.
Every staff member is required to hold a valid Blue Card, ensuring all team members are appropriately screened to work with young people.
Our facilitators are required to hold, or be actively working towards, a Certificate III or IV in Outdoor Recreation. They are also trained in First Aid and CPR, and hold Aquatic Survival Skills accreditation to support the safe delivery of water-based activities in line with school requirements, including CARA guidelines.
