Michael Oon is an international executive coach who specializes in leadership development. Having worked in senior leadership positions in the Asia Pacific region, Michael brings a wealth of practical experience to his coaching practice.
Michael once worked as a facilitator at the Emu Gully Adventure Education Group. Through this experience, he has embraced the ethos ‘Shaping Young Great Australians’, fostering confidence and resilience among young people.
In his spare time, Michael is deeply involved in supporting Not-For-Profit organisations, notably 4M Australia, where he contributes to life-transforming adventures for both men and women.
Beyond his professional and volunteer endeavours, Michael treasures his family life. Married with three daughters and proud grandfather to five grandchildren, he finds fulfilment in both personal and professional spheres, drawing inspiration from the balance between the two.
