Emu Gully's Avenue of Honour unveiled

Emu Gully is very excited to have unveiled the first stage of the Avenue of Honour. Located at Emu Gully, the Avenue of trees lines the driveway into our facility. Contributors have the opportunity to honour service personnel, past or present, by having a plaque at the base of a tree, forming a lasting memorial to family members or loved ones.

The first stage of the Avenue was unveiled at an Anzac service held on 24th April 2019. 20 plaques were unveiled, with family members and dignitaries gathering to honour the memory of those represented in a fitting tribute.

Each plaque will also be accompanied by the planting of another tree, ensuring the ongoing legacy of the Avenue of Honour.

If you would like to participate in the Avenue of Honour, please contact CEO Darren Copland for further details.
