As a not-for-profit organisation, we don't answer to shareholders. We answer to the young Australians who walk through our gates - and to the schools who trust us with their students.

WHERE THE SURPLUS GOES
Rather than distributing profits to shareholders, any surplus is reinvested straight back into Emu Gully.
We believe we've been entrusted with something bigger than ourselves. Our responsibility is to leave Emu Gully stronger than we found it, so it can keep serving young Australians for generations to come.
That means every dollar a surplus year produces goes back into better facilities, better programs and better experiences - not out the door.

THE MATESHIP FUND
One of the ways we live out this purpose is through our Mateship Fund.
Every participant who attends Emu Gully contributes towards helping remove financial barriers for schools and young people who might otherwise miss the opportunity to experience camp. We're currently growing this initiative, and look forward to sharing more about how schools can access it.
