Booking Procedure

1     BROWSE THE WEBSITE

Browse the Website for all relevant information related to your request:

ie: Activities, sample programs, risk assessments, fee schedules, testimonials, what to bring etc...

2     CONTACT THE EMU GULLY OFFICE

3     COMPLETE & SUBMIT THE BOOKING FORM

Once an approriate date has been arranged...

Complete the booking form on the right and submit. 

Make payment of deposit via one of the options below.

Confirmation: Please note your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit and the completed booking form on the right. This deposit will be deducted from the final account which will be sent out on completion of your visit. This account is payable in 7 days.

Final Numbers and special dietary requirements: Must be confirmed no later than 1 week prior to the start of your camp. Our normal policy is that our invoice will be based on these numbers.

Swimming Ability:  Scoohls are also requested to supply a list of non swimmers on arrival.

Additional Electives: An additional fee applies (Helidon Campus only) for Skirmish (minimum number 15, minimum age 15 yrs) and Twister Buggy Ride.  Please tick box on right should you wish to take part in additional electives.

PLEASE NOTE: If your group has selected both electives, due to time constraints, staffing and the desire to maixmise learning outcomes for every group, the following conditions apply:

1 For groups above 70 in total, participants will need to select either Twisters or Skirmish.

(The maximum number for skirmish in any given 3 day camp is 70 across 2 games, Ie; Approx 35 per game).

2 Groups choosing to do electives should inform the office of approximate numbers for each elective when confirming booking arrangements.

Skirmish: $20 + GST (extra paintpalls $6 + GST per 30)

Twister Buggy rides: $11 + GST

Deposit Required: Camp booking $200.00     
Day Booking $100.00

GST: Please note there is no GST on the booking fee - GST will be applied to the final invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 3 months notice:  10% of full deposit will be retained for administration costs.

Less than 3 months notice:  Loss of full deposit.

In the event of a cancellation being replaced by an equivalent or better booking, consideration will be given to a refund of the deposit (less10%).

What To Bring

Change of old clothes including underwear and shoes, (you are likely to get wet and muddy), sun hat, sunscreen, swimmers, towel, drink bottle, plastic bag for wet/dirty clothes.  Students need to wear sun smart clothing when taking part in activities, including girls wearing t-shirts over bikinis.

No tank tops or singlets!

No mobile phones, ipods or chewing gum.

If staying overnight: Add pillow, sleeping bag, torch, sturdy walking shoes x 2 (one pair may get wet), personal toiletries etc. 

Note:  Pindari Campus requires in addition to above; a small backpack, drink bottles to carry 2 ltrs, cutlery, plate, bowl, tea towel, warm jacket, and shoes that can get wet to wear in the dam as rocks can cut feet.  A light waterproof jacket and beanie are also recommended.  Clipboard/paper, pen.  Plastic garbage bag large enough to cover belongings in inclement weather.
